Allied Track – Subscription, Pre-Order & Trial Cancellation Policy

At Allied Track, we offer flexible purchase options including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items. Below is how each works and what to expect if you need to make changes.


🔁 Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’re signing up for automatic yearly renewals based on the term selected (1, 2, or 3 years). Payment is securely processed according to your chosen billing frequency, unless full payment is made upfront.

  • Auto-Renewals: Plans renew automatically at the end of their term unless cancelled in advance.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your order confirmation email or by logging into your account.

  • Important: Cancellations are not refunded on a pro-rata basis. If you cancel mid-term, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period but will not renew thereafter.

  • Non-Transferable: If you return a GPS tracker, the associated subscription cannot be transferred to another device. Subscriptions are linked to the original tracker and are deactivated upon return and refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product before it becomes available. We may charge the full amount upfront or only a deposit at checkout.

  • Payment Collection: We may store your payment method and charge the remaining balance once the product is in stock and ready to ship.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a full refund.

  • If Fulfilled: Once a pre-order is shipped, it is treated like a regular purchase. You may request a return or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
