Refund policy
📦 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The tracker must be in new, unused condition, with no visible scratches, modifications, or installation marks.

It must include the original packaging, all accessories, and proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for trackers that show signs of wear, installation damage, or tampering.
⚠️ Important:
Please ensure your selected tracker is compatible with your vehicle or asset before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued for trackers that have been installed, used, or returned with damage.
All returns due to change of mind of buying of the wrong tracker will result in a 10% restocking fee
🚚 How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@alliedtrack.com.au to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Send returns to:
Unit 1, 8 Merino St, Rosebud 3939 VIC, Australia
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchanges
To swap a product, complete the return process first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
💳 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit provider to finalise the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@alliedtrack.com.au.
🛠️ Tracker Subscriptions
Trackers purchased with a free subscription will retain that subscription only while paired with the original tracker.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another tracker, even if the original unit is returned or refunded.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Installed or visibly used GPS trackers

Sale or clearance items
-
Gift cards
-
Custom or personalised products
-
Items classified as hazardous materials
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund based on the situation.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
