FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Do I need a subscription to use my GPS tracker?

Yes. All Allied Track devices require an active subscription to enable real-time tracking, alerts, and data access. Your subscription includes access to our platform, a SIM card, and mobile data—so there's nothing extra to purchase.

Which app or platform do I use to track my device?

Vehicle, OBD, and asset trackers use the Allied Track app, available on desktop and on iOS & Android mobile devices.

Pet and personal trackers connect through a dedicated app tailored for advanced safety tracking. App download links and setup instructions are included with your product.

How accurate is the GPS tracking?

Allied Track GPS trackers offer location accuracy of up to 2.5 metres under optimal conditions. Advanced models may use dual-frequency GNSS and assistive positioning to maintain precision in built-up or low-signal areas.

Can I manage multiple trackers on one account?

Yes. You can manage the subscriptions of multiple trackers of the same type from a single Allied Track account. Whether you're monitoring a fleet of vehicles or several pet trackers, your dashboard allows easy monitoring and control.

What happens if the tracker is disconnected or loses signal?

Most Allied Track devices include a backup battery and local storage. If signal or power is lost, the device will store data and sync automatically once reconnected. Alerts for disconnection, tampering, low battery, and more are available depending on the model.
